OH MY GOODNESS!!! How challenging has it been to embrace wind chills and freezing rain, and iced up windows!!! I made the decision to give in to the winter this year so that we don’t have to duke it out. It has been very hard but I realize that it has been so much easire not to fight it and just do what I do. Normally, I would not want to go to the store. I would feel as if I couldn’t leave the house because it was too cold, windy and just miserable. There would be no sun, nothing motivating me to be outside in the “bad” weather. Then I look around the country where people live in this weather most of the year and THEY are STILL doing everything they need to do. SO, I took a page from their book and embraced winter this year. And, it ALMOST makes me believe that I could handle this weather for a few more years! NAAAAAAHHHHH.
